Gourmet & Sweets

Hi, I’m Sachi.
Today, I’d love to introduce Rankan, a wonderful café located just a short walk from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.

Rankan is a long-loved coffee shop where the owner has won Japan’s No.1 title and placed third in the world at the Cup Tasters Championship.
Here, you can enjoy hand-roasted beans brewed with a traditional nel-drip method—coffee at its finest.

To be honest, I’m usually a tea person and rarely drink coffee.
But even I was truly impressed and thought, “This is delicious!”
Let me share this cozy, retro-style café and the delightful experience I had there.
